[Shotimes] Hell-ish Screech Sound

The rear windows on my '92 make one hell of a screeching sound when I lower them.The sound is worse than a school teacher scratching her finger nails down a chalk board.Yikes!!!!!
Solution???Without taking off the door panel is there a quick fix?
