[Shotimes] Hell-ish Screech Sound

Does the window go up slowly as well?  My father had this problem on his
Ranger a year or two ago.  The problem was that one of the tracks on the
side of the glass had loosened inside the door.  Once we tightened it
up, the problem left.

The rear windows on my '92 make one hell of a screeching sound when I
lower them.The sound is worse than a school teacher scratching her
finger nails down a chalk board.Yikes!!!!!
Solution???Without taking off the door panel is there a quick fix?
