[Shotimes] SAFECO Insurance: Too good to be true?

That is who my insurance is, totaled a 97 with 134k they paid off 4500-500 deduct, so there you go.  They use N.A.D.A. to determine value, then i was allowed to buy the salvage back for about 675

not--but with the "salvage" on my title. This seems too good to be true so
that is why I am not just jumping at the chance. Anyone out there have any
dealings with Safeco and are they as bad as Geico?? "
