Being on a 16.8kbps dial-up, I didn't open it, but I'm sure that it's the
clip that went around a few years ago.

I wouldn't buy one, but IMHO the Neon SRT-4 is the absolute best performance
buy on the market today, plus D-C offers 3 or 4 levels of factory-developed
performance packages that will take it up to around 270 HP or so. If I were
I my 20s and wanted a new car, it would be at the top of the list.

Remember that most musclecars were cheap, strippo cars. Quality-wise, the
Neon is better than just about every Mopar built in the '60s - '70s.
