[Shotimes] Sound while driving, odd

The noise could be a lot of things.  Open the hood, and rev the motor
a little and try to pinpoint it a bit better.  Anything rotational
could potentially casue a whine like that so it is a bit tough to
guess at.  BTW, if you run w/o the TB cover you will get a fairly
large amount of whine from the TB.  Enough you can notice if you go
past a building.
