[Shotimes] One of Fifty

I'll double check this tomorrow, but I'm 99% sure the car I referred to
has something like GR 500 or FR 500 on regular tags for a Lexus LS430. 
But what I'm getting now is that some states like IL will not allow you to
order tags with mixed letter and numbers like what I picked, and I'll be
doggone if I can figure out a good reason why.  The labor for stamping
these in IL can't be any worse than in FL other than the fact that IL has
two plates vs one for FL.

So having said this, how many other states have retarded rules for tags
like IL so I can change the title of this thread to something like One of
Forty Nine or something like that?...
