[Shotimes] Now I'm really screwed....speeding

It has been my experience too that speedo's can seem to lag behind.
When running the car at the strip, if I look down at the speedo it
always says about 85 or so at the traps, but then I get a speed around
95 on the clock. On the highway at cruising speeds though the spedo
is accurate within reason (I have an odd size tire) and has not been a
problem. But under full tilt acceleration it does seem to lag a bit,
at least in my car.
