Not that I'm aware of.

While in NY, I got 4 or 5 tickets, and went to court on all of them.  I got
all of them reduced to non-speeding (failure to obey a fixed traffic sign,
etc) still had to pay a fine, but no points (not that it mattered with a GA
license).  I don't think any court date I went to the officer showed up
