Brett:
Consider installing the brake bias plugs instead of messing around with the
brake bias valve. The valve only cuts the pressure to the rear brakes
depending on the level/load of the rear body of the car. It has nothing to do
with the ABS. The plugs are cheaper than a new valve. If your really cheap,
just remove the old valves and modify them to be just plugs. After you remove
them it's pretty easy to see what to do. The valve is on the drivers side at
the rear. It's attached to the body but has a linkage that's bolted onto the
front rear control arm. If your car has lived in the rust belt you can count
on this being one solid mass of metal!

2 separate plugs. One for each side of the rear brakes. The valves are under
the external flapper arm. I like to remove the entire valve and work on the
bench. That way you can remove all the studs and other hardware so it's a very
clean install when your done. Use flare nut wrenches on your brake line
fitting so you don't round off the corners.
Here is a thread from the SHO Forum:

Just watch out for misinformation. One person posted that his LR wheel locked
up after this mod. This is impossible with a working ABS system. A lot more BS
on the forum but a lot more things discussed too!
