[Shotimes] rear abs brakes

after 4 months, 6 new brake pads, 3 new (rebuilt) calipers, and 2 new rear 
brake lines, i finially have a different diagnosis about my rear brake 
problems. The garage that i took it too called it a Rear ABS Proportion 
Valve, and the local Ford dealership called it a Valve Assembly Brake Load 
Sensor Porportion.

Anybody have any knowledge about these things, and if it is worth it to pay 
the garage i took it to the 45 bucks an hour? The Ford dealership said it 
would take about an hour to put on. I think that i have enough patience to 
mess with this thing, if its not all that hard to fix. Im not even sure 
where the thing is located, so any info would be appreciated!!!
