Dave,

I've checked all front strut rod bushings. They are fine.  Have not checked rears yet, though they are TPR and relatively new.

All strut bearings and mounts are new.

Rear hubs are new.

Alignment of car is in spec.

Also, I doubt if any of the problem is in the rear, cause there's only vibration in the steering wheel. There is no vibration in the dashboard or in the seat.
