[Shotimes] buying an engine stand

Joseph,

As with any engine, the arms on the stand get bolted up where the
bellhousing of the tranny would normally attach.

I've found it's easier to take the plate with the arms attached and
bolt it to the engine while it's still hanging from the hoist (or what
have you), then attach the rest of the stand, then lower the whole
apparatus down to the ground and undo it from the hoist / what have
you.

Hope this helps,

Justin

I'm looking to buy an engine stand to work on the 3.2L/MTX for my
SHOwagon.

Some stands have 4 "arms" to bolt to the engine. Example:

On a SHO engine, where would these arms be attached? On the "rear" end
of
the engine where the clutch is?
