Paul listed where to get them and the part numbers in another post. But
he didn't mention what you need to do to make them work, so I'll answer
that for ya.
Basically, the Gen 3 subframes have notches in the bushing holes instead
of the little nut and bolt (three of them IIRC) that the earlier units
had. So when you get the Gen 3 units, you need to either grind off the
nubs (is that a word?) on the bushings, or create notches in your
subframe. I just removed the nubs from the bushings. I used a sharp
knife and just cut them off actually. Worked really well. Other than
that, they are a direct bolt-in replacement.

Subject: [Shotimes] V8/Gen III subframe bushings
Hi,
A couple of you mentioned that the V8/Gen III subframe bushings are
firmer than my 95's but not as harsh as the Aluminum/Delrin. So, that
sounds like a good way to go. I don't see these on SHO Nut. Are these a
dealer only item or is there a better place to go?
What modifications do I need to make to them to make them work on my 95
MTX?
Thanks,
Ed
