I've had pretty good luck with AZ. It depends on their counter person. l
Mostly I have had cooperative friendly people. They even match prices,
and the computer warranty lookup is handy. I've also been ok with
Advance. I just had to return a warped rotor. They tried to look up the
transaction but came up with my name but several blanks. They did give
me the benefit of the doubt and made the return. However unlike AZ they
can't look up transactions chain-wide so they need to call the store
where you bought it. Just to be safe I'm going to xerox my major
warranty receipts and throw them in the glove compartment. Most stores
have come to realize that prices are pretty close so they need to do
good customer service if they want you to come back.
