[Shotimes] Intermediate Axle Type Thingamabob

The passenger side axle hooks into this intermediate type axle. I have reason
to beleive that this bearing in there....has failed on me.

I get this vibration that seems to be contingent with the rolling assembly. Is
this peace replacable? DO they fail?

It just seems to be getting worse and worse.
