[Shotimes] Diagnose this one

I don't have oil in my plug wells so when it gets dark tonight, I'll try the
water spray.

That is if I'm still around, the tornado sirens are going off as I write
this....

  sounds more like an ignition wire than the CPS.

  Did you check for sparks flying in a dark engine compartment at night
  when you spray a little water at it?
