[Shotimes] Diagnose this one

Yeah in theory that should happen. But when my CID died, it was hard to
diagnose 'cause it would randomly act up while driving, & then clear up, &
then act up again. Felt like it was runnin' on 3 cylinders for a bit... And
it left lots of codes (too many), but one was a 214!.
