AdAware, Spybot, and ZoneAlarm. I use the paid for versions of the first two.
When I get paranoid about once or twice a year I download MacAfee's latest
version of Stinger. I also have the XP firewall enabled.
No Norton or any other run as a service virus checker as that is what would
load up my system. Been like that for the last three years with no regrets.
