[Shotimes] Problem - My '95 MTX runs really rough when the
engine temperatur e goes up.

I had the same thing happen ( right after I got my ac converted,
but it may not have been related). 90MTX.
The shop replaced the thermostat. I went to pick it up and after
3 miles it overheated again.
In my case it was the electronic fan that blows air through
the radiator. as long as I was moving i was fine. When I stopped
it overheated quickly.
The way to check is to switch your AC on -- it should turn on the
radiator fan right away ( regardless of whether the engine is
hot or not).
