[Shotimes] Loose Steering Rack

Speaking of racks.  There is a white 92 for sale here (Harrisburg, PA)  that
needs a rack I think.  The car is in good condition 139k.  new water pump
wires etc.  The guy will take $500 for it.  Is anyone interested.  He
specifically describes the problem as the car will not turn and makes a
clicking sound when you try.  I was thinking about it, but not sure i was
interested in a rack replacement.
