[Shotimes] +20 cam valve noise

Yah, I believe that I read on SHOnut's site that the
+20 cams have quieting ramps incorporated into the
grind. Of course that doesn't mean that they aren't
there and that the +20 grind is still agressive enough
to create extra valvetrain noise..
