[Shotimes] Brake Upgrade time... again

I agree on the power bleeder.  I got one last year and
have used it before every track event along with a
semi-annual fluid flush, never had any brake problems
(PFCM's and Valvoline Synthetic Fluid).  I have
flushed my fluid so many times I swear I can tell
every time it starts to get dirty...
