[Shotimes] Clutch Pedal Vibration

The clutch pedal vibrates on my 89. I recently swapped out the clutch/pp
and that didn't lessen it any. *It's driving me insane* It can be very
loud around 4,000 rpm, but will also vibrate at idle and all through the
range. The previous owner had changed out the clutch quadrant, and that
appears to be where the vibration is worst (high frequency and pitch), but
there also appears to be a spring behind the clutch pedal that also
sometimes vibrates at a low frequency. It's nice that there's so much room
up in there and that the fuse box folds down, but I still don't see the
actual piece that is vibrating. The clutch cable vibrates, so that is the
source, but I figure it must be normal since those are new parts.

Any help will be much appreciated.
