[Shotimes] 3rd brake light

ok here goes my 95 SHO has a dim 3rd brake light on the spoiler, and makes
me fail PA inspetion..
I noticed that one of the center lights on the unit is out.
Will this cause a dim 3rd brake light? Its getting
12 volts and the tailight brake light work perfect..
So if this is a bad unit anyone have one for sale?
