[Shotimes] Snowwind helps Bart out

Gotta get Snowwind out of retirement again......however, he needs a new starter, that would be the second replacement.....first replaced in 1996 at about 150k miles, now at 320,450 needs another.
Roll and pop out clutch-time...........
Because......Bart is acting an idiot again...I suspect the problem is starter related also, but much more so......   perhaps the entire negative cable needs replacing, the bucking he has been doing for over a year, has come to an end....he won't even put out power for the radio, lights or any other powered item......and the battery drop of volts......wow!
as Kenneth described it is unreal how the drop is instant....probably one huge short..probably the pos or neg cable/cables themselves....
