"Spooky" in this case refers to the feeling of the people that work in
these dealerships and how they cater to a more geriatric crowd. "Well
Sir, we don't get many people here asking about this car. Can I
interest you in another CTS?". And, I can only imagine the service
nightmares trying to get a clutch replaced in a Cadillac dealership.
I overlooked this situation with the 2000 Lincoln LS and regretted it;
and after trying to get a CTS-V and the treatment I received, I
learned my lesson good.
