I've never had any luck taking the screws out.  I would try to dermal the ends
off.  The screw is a M4-.7x8mm.  On the V8 the secondary butterfly screws come
out easily.  I've though about PC the TB but have not wanted to confront
disassembly of the TB.  I do have some spares though.
