The reason to bake the paint is to set it for the high temp. The plastic parts don't need it as they would melt first. The paint isn't harder than regular paint it just will resist flaking and burning at the high temp. No advantage in normal temp.

How about a lower temp for a longer time. Say 250F for 4 hours? The plastic parts in the IAC and TB should be able to take that.
