[Shotimes] CD player

Well after only 10 years and 65000 miles, my OEM CD player won't eject the
disk.  Not sure how many of you have the original electronics, so I'm looking
for recommendations on a good single unit CD/stereo, <$300, and info on where
I can find some sort of face plate to cover the hole where the CD player
was(soon).  Also I don't want to lose the disk thats stuck in there; is there
a secret way to remove the disk short of a BFH?
