[Shotimes] Turn signal acting up

If they flash the flasher is working.  The MFS can be cleaned or replaced.  To
clean throw in a bucket of WD 40 and let soak or just spray a whole can on it
over a hour or so.  Blow out and vigorously work all the functions.  Take off
the end cap and clean out the hard grease.  Replace parts and grease end cap
with Vaseline.  Let sit over night and install.
