[Shotimes] Loud Knocking on Start Up

So easy and cheap to do on the V8 it should be done at 100k minimum.  Really
around 60k if you abuse the car, or 30k if you really, really abuse the car.
Same bearing as the 3.0L Duratec.

On my '93 mtx other than the oil pan dance it was pretty easy too.  Once the Y
pipe is off.
