[Shotimes] special tool for fuel tank ring?

[Ian Fisher]

Hammer and a flat blade screw driver. Hold the screw
driver at an angle against the ring and tap on the
head with the hammer until the ring rotates enough for
you to remove it. Installation is the same as reverse.
