[Shotimes] fuel pressure regulator and 255lph pump issue

The stocker is not 155lph. If you were to buy that size pump from say
apeusa.com, it would be considered an upgrade. This should be fine
for a BOS upgraded SHO. Even the 190lph pump will overrun the FPR.
