[Shotimes] fuel pressure regulator and 255lph pump issue

I've found that the 190lph won't always over run the stock FPR as a friend
has one in his car and his fuel pressures are where they are supposed to be.
FWIW I think the MTX SHO's got a 110lph, and a 155 is the next larger step
that one can go to without running the possible risk of overrunning the
stock FPR. I have read enough accounts of the 190 overrunning, but it seems
it doesn't happen to everyone.

The stocker is not 155lph. If you were to buy that size pump from say
apeusa.com, it would be considered an upgrade. This should be fine for a
BOS upgraded SHO. Even the 190lph pump will overrun the FPR.
