[Shotimes] Need Advice Quick... SHO or SLO

Hi Guys... my 95 MTX is at the life cycle of many
components even though it only has 86,000 miles on it.
I do want to keep her for at least 5 more years
minimum. But I thought I'd get a second 95, for when
the SHO needs extended work. I like GenII's, but don't
know anything about the 3LT slow engine. There's a 95
GL Taurus at a local dealership with about 118,000 but
very clean. Do the 3LT engines hold up OK? There is
also a 95 SHO MTX at another local dealer. Again very
clean, but 126 on the clock. Both are about $2,000.
Which one should I go for. Whats the difference in gas
mileage between the two? Thanks.
