[Shotimes] Misfire under 3k rpm

Start with plug wires, but pull the intake to make SURE they are 
installed correctly and be SURE they are snapped tight.  BTDT...

Next look at the plugs.  Make sure they are double platium or equal 
and not some junk like Bosch..  BTDT.
