[Shotimes] Leaning out @ part throttle - opinions please

IIRC I've heard of that before on the list. And I don't recall anybody ever
saying that a bad baro sensor set any kind of code or gave them any good
clue.

PS: Although the Pobst book does have a way to test every sensor with an
ohm-meter.
