Harry;
There is a procedure in Helms for "re-centering" the motor with respect to
the switches. When I bought my 94, someone had monkeyed around with the
switch, and it was all fouled up. Also there may be something in the track
binding it up. One way to check would be to remove the motor, only a couple
screws, then the moonroof is designed to be able to be MANUALY cranked
opened and shut with an old-fashioned window crank. (Note to self: I need to
remember to keep a small socket wrench and a window crank in my emergency
kit in the trunk.)
