[Shotimes] 3.2 Swap Almost done - Starting Problems - Need Help

So, after working all last week and this weekend
trying to finish up the 3.2 swap on my '92 I've run
into an issue getting it started. I had some grounding
problems and whatnot and solved that and got the car
to turn over just fine. However, it's not getting any
fuel (checked schrader valve) and it appears as though
the PCM is not getting power. When the ignition is in
the run position I don't hear the fuel pump fire up
and I don't get a check engine light (all other idiot
lights come on). I checked the inertia switch for the
fuel pump in the trunk and it wasn't tripped, I also
took the connector off and tested the voltage (with
the key in the run position) and got nothing...

So, if anybody has any helpful hints on why the PCM
wouldn't be getting power or anything else to check,
that would be most helpful.
