The Chicago Tribune (Jan. 29) reported that sales of TV series on DVDs are a 
$3 Billion market, up from $1 Billion two years ago.  Fox apparently does 
think its DVDs are worth protecting:

So it's incorrect to say that the broadcaster loses nothing if people swap 
pirated copies of broadcast shows.  They lose in just the same way that you 
would lose if I were to offer bootleg SHO videos on this list.
