[Shotimes] Competition Limited headlight harness compatibility issue with DRL's

It's not the harness's fault but the DRL module that's causing the problem.
You will have to install a dual relay, one which bypasses the DRLs module when
headlights on and one which bypasses the headlights when the DRLs are on.

Carter Fujibayashi on the V8 list came up with a solution using a single dual
relay component.
