[Shotimes] replacing windshield

Dude, don't even get me started on how retarded this boat is. Yes, we
all have email (sometimes, when it works), but the network admin's idea
of 'fair bandwidth usage' is only letting E-7 and above use it, and they
have these complicated hours worked out for 'training groups' or some
such crap, but it ends up being that they just restrict us from using
the net like 24/7. It's friggin' crap and I hate it but there's nothing
I can do about it.
