[Shotimes] Puzzler!

I went out to my car after a fancy dinner and it was dead as a doornail.
 
I opened it with a key, popped the trunk, hooked up my booster pack, and it
started right up.
 
Couple of weird things...
 
Battery is new (3 months)
 
The radio lost it's settings, but the clock and ETAC kept theirs.
 
The tach was spun around and pegged on the wrong side of the pin (already
fixed.)
 
Headlights are on auto delay, but that's never been a problem - even in the
two days since.
 
Only other plug is my radar detector.
 
So, no idea what caused the problem or explanation for the clock, ETAC, and
tach anomalies.
 
Any suggestions welcome!
