[Shotimes] rear motor mount

The biggest problem I always have with the front mount is the stupid
engine damper that mounts to it.  Between the mount, the damper, the ac
lines, fan, etc, there's not a lot of room in there to get that damper
in and out and hooked back up.  Needless to say, my engine dampers are
in the trash (well, OK, in a box on the shelf).

That's odd.  The front didn't look like what I expected.  It had a
couple more ears on it than I thought it would.  Oh well.  I suppose
I'll try it myself than.  How much damage can I do anyways.  ; )
