[Shotimes] CD Changer wont eject cartridge and E-99 on the remote

I had that happen when a disc was stuck in the changer.  I took it someplace
and had it fixed.  That was back when a changer was actually worth
something, though. I also found that it delaminated the edges of some of my
discs so I stopped using it altogether.
