[Shotimes] OT copying cassettes to CDs

Yes, there is software that is specifically made for doing that.  I saw some
at Best Buy while doing some Christmas shopping.  It has special noise
reduction filters that you can run to try to cut down on hiss and such from
tapes/records/8-tracks/whatever. You might be able to get by if you have
just a mic or line-level input on your card (radio shack has RCA to
mini-plug adapters).
