[Shotimes] OT copying cassettes to CDs

Its not hard at all; I've copied/burned dozens of my old LPs. There are
freeware and shareware programs out there that will do everything you need;
try audacity.soundforge.net for a free one that I have been using. You will
need a simple PCI card, such as Soundblaster Live, about $30, and you're
set. Also you will need a burner program; I use Nero, but there are others.
