Hopefully they will do what Caterpillar did a few years ago in Peoria,
stand their ground for a couple of years!
Caterpillar kept their plants running with better quality (using
management and temporary workers) than ever before.
The union caved and accepted what ever Caterpiller had to offer.
A welcome change!
