IMHO, that's been their problem from Day 1. Per my Ford buddy, the LS
originally should have been introduced in 1992, so that would explain the
'80s styling, especially that rear bumper treatment.

I was a fan of the LS at the first, but now when I see them on the road, 
especially from the back, they look very dated.
