[Shotimes] OT Windows XP question

I don't want everybody to have to use the CTRL-ALT-DEL way to login.  I've
seen it work correctly on other people's computers, just not mine.  I always
have some goofy computer problem that I can never solve on every computer
I've ever had.  Sheesh.
